Sale includes GRX Di2 Left & Right levers for use with 2x or 1x drivetrains. These came with a new group but I built my bike with Ultegra levers and Hope RX4 calipers to match my road bike position and add some bling to the brakes. These levers shift 2x derailleurs as well as 1x road and MTB derailleurs. A great set up is to use these 1x with an XT Di2 rear derailleur and the new 11-50t shimano cassette for massive range and 11 speed longevity and Shimano reliability. I've got extra SD50 wires and EW90, JC130, JC41, RS910, and SC-MT800 junctions as well as BT-DN110 batteries and BCR chargers if you need more bits to finish off your build; just let me know.
